Our second floor, corner unit provides you with cathedral ceilings and endless views of Pine Island Sound. Watch the boats come and go, dolphins cavort, all while enjoying lunch on the screened lanai. Our vacation home features two bedrooms (Master includes a King bed with en-suite), two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. You are just a short walk down the stairs to the pool and grills, with your beach access just a quick walk through the Marina Villa community. Doc Fords Rum Bar and Grille, Starbucks, shops, and gourmet grocery are all conveniently located at the entrance to South Seas.
****Access to some amenities are limited, but the following services are included.
You will have access to Doc Ford's (restaurant), with $50. Gift certificate, Arcade, Gourmet Grocery( delivery to the unit including wine available). All shops in Chadwick Square, Ambu Yoga, Water Sport Rentals, Bike and golf cart rental, Captiva Cruises, Starbucks and miles of gorgeous beach with shells."
South Seas will not allow access to "lagoon pools and some restaurants".
